Mission

Grace Fellowship Hawaii exists to glorify God through trusting and proclaiming the Gospel of Jesus Christ, as a biblically faithful local church, being and making disciples of Jesus Christ together, in central Oahu and the world.

Statement of Faith

The Nicene Creed

The Nicene Creed is a historic creed, universally accepted by the church, which summarizes the essence of the biblical Christian faith. This is a description of the required beliefs of every member. Anyone who rejects anything in this document cannot be a member of Grace Fellowship Hawaii. Any consistent rejection of anything in this document would be reason to question the credibility of one’s faith. We believe a Creed should simply be a confession of the Christian faith (Jude 3) functioning as “entry-level” Christian belief for membership in the local church.

The 1689 Second London Baptist Confession of Faith

The 1689 Second London Baptist Confession of Faith is the doctrinal confession affirmed by all of our elders. While members of Grace Fellowship Hawaii are not required to agree with every point of this confession, they should be open to receiving teaching and instruction from this perspective.

The contents of the 1689 Second London Baptist Confession of Faith are listed below.

Grace Fellowship Hawaii was originally called "Waimalu Grace Brethren Church", and was launched out of (and still affiliated with) the Fellowship of Grace Brethren Churches, now known as Charis Fellowship.
